Receptionist (code: RCP)

Job Responsibility

-        -    Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages

-        -    Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls

-        -    Provide word-processing and secretarial/administration support

-       -     Greet, assist and/or direct students, visitors and the general public

Job Requirements

-        -    Female, age max. 25 years old

-       -    Minimum SMA / SMK graduated

-       -     Excellent communication skill and proper command of English both oral and written

-        -    Able to speak Indonesian as well

-       -     Independent and good relation

-        -    Able to work in team

-      -      Good looking, well manner, and neat

-        -    Min. 1 year experience in relative fields

-        -    Customer service oriented
