In Order to support our fast growing company we need additional manpower and currently we have following vacant position :
PURCHASER ORDER PROCESSING officer
Requirement:
* D3/S1 degree in Engineering background (Chemical, mechanical, industrial, electrical) from reputable university.
* Male or Female, Max. 30 years old
* Have a year experience on the same position.
* Able to work with minimum supervise
* Self motivated person, attention to detail, active person
* Computer literate and familiar with SAP will be advantage.
* Active English.
* Have driving license
* Willing to located on CIBITUNG, but willingness to travel
Duties:
• Processing all order from our customer.
• Handling overseas purchase and Processing customer order to Head quartered and sister company.
• Ensure the order send to customer on time.
• Ensure our stock at warehouse and on our system.
• Handling all document order and administrative task ordering.
• Customer visit.
• And analyze customer request order.
Not only administrative work but also ready to handle on hand job.
