Each year, the University of Melbourne offers two HRSs scholarships to students for pursuing graduate research degree in Australia. The scholarship is provided in human rights field of study. The International students can apply for this scholarship. International students must have unconditional offers. The scholarship covers living allowance, relocation grant, and thesis allowance, paid sick, maternity and parenting leave. Selection criteria include area of study, commitment to human rights over a period of time, academic excellence and supporting documentation. Applicants should be notified by the end of February. Local and international applicants must apply online by 31 October 2013.
