We are looking for bright individual to become part of our team:

 

RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGER

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.      Directly responsible for all restaurants and beverage areas, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.

2.      Develop & enforce standards, policies & procedures in the restaurants & beverage areas.

3.      Achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining efficient cost expenditure.

4.      Responsible for the assigned areas profit & loss statement.

5.      Coordinate of the yearly outlets budget by using history & forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the outlets achievable capabilities.

6.      To ensure that the outlets are accurately forecast business demands on a weekly basis to ensure efficient staffing & food production.

 

 

Job Profile and Qualifications:

1.      At least Bachelor degree in any field

2.      At least 5 year experience in restaurant management with evidenced tracked record of achievements

3.      Strong in inter-personality, leadership, and creative skill

4.      Proficiency in English and computer literate

5.      Good public speaking skill (track record of presentation or public speaking training course)

6.      Strong in driving results and people management and development
