We have more than two decades (35 Years) of experience supplying complete workforces or selected work groups to meet the short and long term employment requirements of Major Indonesian and International clients on projects and operations Throughout Indonesia.

 

Our Company, urgently requires the following position For:

Project Secretary

Requirements & Qualification: 

• Female, Maximal 35 Years
  
• Minimum Education Diploma Degree (D-III) or Bachelor Degree (S-1).
  
• Have Minimum  3 Years Experiences in similar position especially in Mining, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure and Other Industries.
  
• Able to provide For Project Secretary activities, preparing specification ( Such as :  Documentation Skills, Tender Administration, Correspondence, Commercial Proposal, Meeting etc.)
  
• Good Interpersonal Communication in English and Indonesian languages for expat and Clients.
  
• Language proficiency verbal and written English.
  
• Computer Literacy ; Microsoft Office ( Internet, E-mail )
