Base Skill Set  : Engineer/Quantity Surveyor

Qualification  : Tertiary Minimum Degree in Engineering from a respected institution PMP      qualification / certification highly regarded

Experience  :
-  Previous experience in remote location construction
-  Resort / hotel project experience highly regarded
-  Fluent English Spoken
-  Fluent Indonesia Spoken

Length of Contract          : 3 years
 
HRD & GA MANAGER (Jakarta)

• Male/ Female,
• Hold Bachelor Degree in Law/ Psychology/ HR Management
• Have experience in the same position 3 -5 years
• Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills
• Experience in managing recruitment, training & development
• Deep understanding on Goverment regulation, industrial relation,and HR/ GA Management system
• Fluent in written & verbal English

COLLECTION MANAGER (Jakarta)

• Male / Female
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor� Degree in related field
• Minimum experience 5 years in similar position.
• Able to liaise with customers, manage customers�billings
• Able to manage company� debt collection function.
• Able to review debt collection results under Calling Centre & Legal / High Risk Section
• Able to review operation procedure and existing practices and recommends improvement constantly
• Able to use computer programs such as MS Office, and able to speak language(s): English

CREATIVE DESIGNER

•          Male / Female, max 27 Years Old
•          Posses Diploma or Bachelor Degree Majoring in Graphic Design, Visual
•          Communication Design or any relevant background
•          Posses at least 1  year in Graphic, fresh graduated are welcome
•          Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Coreldraw, Indesign, Premiere
•          Proficient in Web Design (Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS) is advantage
•          Able to work independently and under tight deadline
•          Immediately available

ACTIVITY MANAGER (Anyer)

• Fluent in English
• Previous experience as Activity Manager
• Proven ability and confidence to lead and motivate a team
• Approachable, creative, energetic and enthusiastic
• Training and coaching experience
• First Aid qualification or sport coaching qualification
• Some local knowledge of the location you are applying for
• Proven ability to delegate tasks in order to ensure all deadlines are met
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to think on your feet, use your own initiative and work well in a team
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment 
  
  

NIGHT MANAGER (Anyer)
High School diploma, general education degree or international equivalent required. College degree preferred.
Previous Front Office experience in supervisory/management capacity in a luxury property required. Previous customer service and general computer experience required. Property Management Software experience preferred.


BANQUET MANAGER (Anyer)
Performance management, supervisory: Demonstrate ability to relate to, communicate with and motivate employees to sustain high performance and quality levels.
Knowledge of budgeting process: Demonstrate knowledge of and skill in creating and maintaining budget within the department� allowed expenditures.
Planning: Skilled in determining whether tasks should be attempted, identifying the most effective way to complete the task, and preparing to overcome expected difficulties.
Two or more years experience managing service staff in an upscale hotel atmosphere

SALES EXECUTIVE (Anyer)

• Male/Female (Good Looking), maximum 30 years old.
• Posses Diploma or Bachelor Degree
• Posses at least 1 year in Sales/Marketing position.
• English, at least passive.
• Hotel and Travel bakcground is preferred
• Immediately Available.
• Facilities : Basic Salary , Commisions , Meals, Mobile Allowance , Netbook , Career Path

ASP DEVELOPER (Jakarta)
    * Posses at least 1 year experience
    * Familiar with :  VB , SQL Server,  Syntax SQL Command,  vbscript & javascript (ASP Classic/html)

SPA SUPERVISOR (Anyer)

• Male / Female
• Minimum 2 years experience in managing Spa
