In details, you will be in charge in:
You will be responsible for all the Organizational Development process based on CBHRM within our Organization: Organization structure, corporate core values, corporate culture, corporate image, developing competencies & maintain performance management.
To be a successful in the position, you will be:
- Male / Female, age max. 40 years
- Bachelor degree in from any major
- Min. 5 years work experiences in HR / OD field
- Familiar with Competency based Human Resources Management
- Possess strong Leadership capability to ensure the Organization Development process running well
- Passion for learning, Wide knowledge about people / HR & OD field, People oriented
- Computer literate, English proficiency
