To strengthen our team, currently we need highly potential people who love challenges and have a high degree of professionalism to fill the position as :

Sales & Marketing Support Manager

Successfull candidates will have responsibilities in :

• Managing & assisting sales in preparing quotation, proposal, contract, and invoice as request

• Liaise with sales & finance in follow-up invoice payment (collection)

• Liaise with principal in license & AMS management & reporting

• Sales & Business Development Data & Achieving Management (Pricing, Annual Maintenance Service Contract date & expiration)

• Sales & Business Reporting (Revenue report, Outstanding invoice, Invoice plan, Annual Maintenance Service report, Sales Project Closed & Prospect report)

Requirements :

• Preferably Female, Bachelor Degree in any major, max.35 years old
• Minimum 3 years experiences handling relevant job above in supervisory level
• Familiar in IT industry
• Have a high level of competency in MS Office and English both oral and written
