Supervisor for Call Center

Responsibilities:

• Identify and understand client needs
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients
• Demonstrates the ability to motivate Team Member
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients
• Monitor all operational activities of Team Member

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• At least 1 year experience in Call Centre
• Persuasive selling skills
• Good leadership qualities
• Strong telemarketing skills
• Able to remain focused when making largevolumes of telemarketing calls
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Good organisation skills with the ability to work methodically,accurately and neatly
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong PC skills inWord; Excel; Access; Powerpoint; Outlook; ACT;
• Willing to work in Belleza Permata Hijau, Jakarta Selatan
