Supervisor Level :
Sales & Marketing, Front Office, Housekeeping, Accounting, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Security, IT.

General Requirements for Manager level
1. Minimum 2 years experience at hotel industry
2. Strong marketing segmentation in Surabaya
3. Mastery of computer management and application
4. Right attitude & strong leadership
5. People management skills
6. Interpersonal skills
7. Strong communication and analysis skill
8. Well spoken and written English
9. Maximum age 40 years old

General Requirements for Supervisor level
1. Minimum 1 years experience at Hotel Industry
2. Good performance, attitude and responsibility
3. Well spoken and written English
4. Computer literate & good interpersonal skill
