Secretary
(Location: PLUIT – JAKARTA UTARA)
Responsibilities:
· Handle private and confidential administrative matter for BOD.
· Schedule, coordinate and monitor BOD's daily appointment.
· Handle full spectrum of office administration which includes writing minutes of meeting, arranging of travel accommodation, manage and coordinate monthly management report for BOD.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma Degree in Secretarial.
· Maximum age 33 years old.
· Minimum 3 years working experiences.
· Must be able to work independently with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Details oriented.
· Good command of English language – both verbal and written.
