PT. Mitra Buana Komputindo, our company is one of system integrator (IT Company) dealing with many corporation and project. Due to our rapid business expansion, we are looking for well qualified and motivated individuals to join our team as:

SERVICE SUPPORT MANAGER (TM)

 

Responsibilities:

• To guide and act as mentor to the Service Support Management team as they deliver a unique service, providing high quality information and support for customers to solve IT problems.
• To ensure the smooth everyday running of Service Support team, ensuring that SLAs are met and that quality targets are reached and maintained.
• To evaluate personal development of Service Support team and providing recommendations for improvement.

 

Requirements:

• Male, Maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Preferable in Information Technology with minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 2 years working experience managing IT Service Support, especially in service desk / technical desk support
• Excellent communications skill, both verbal and written in English
• Excellent work management, leadership skills and able to make decisions in time critical situation
• Good Negotiation skill, team player who is self-motivated, self-disciplined, initiative and resourcefulness
•  Able to perform in fast moving and demanding environment
• Willing to be placed at Mangga Dua area
