1 . IT Support Officer
Requirements:
· Educational background minimum D3 in Informatics Technology
· Has experience as IT Support/ Help Desk at least 2 years
· Can do multitask
· Can communicate in English
· Understand and Able to design and maintain company website / design graphic
Job Descriptions :
· Monitor IT infrastructure support (hardware and equipment), Including preventive maintenance ( anti- virus protection, warranty renewal ), trouble shooting ( PCs and LAN ) , servers and communication lines ( PABX )
· Monitor IT system support, Including software installation, maintenance (licensed renewal ) and trouble shooting
· Monitor support on user management, filing and management of data (user ID 's and passwords , the data backup and protection
· Develop and maintain a continuous relationship with vendors of hardware and software maintenance, to Ensure Reliable supports in case of IT problems and maintenance
· Internal Provide coaching , mentoring and training to all related users in Company regarding IT -related matters
· Good knowledge of SEO / Google analytics is desirable
2. Office Assistant/ GA Staff
Requirements :
· Minimum D3 from any major, preferably from the Secretary
· Preferable Woman
· Minimum 2 years work experience in General Affair
· Able to perform multi- task jobs
· Can communicate in English
· Experience in personnel administration is advantage
Responsibility
· Responsible for incoming calls (receptionist)
· Support all operations office with all the equipment procurement process needs work (such as stationery, computer, desk / work chair, air conditioning, etc.), as well as other supporting facilities or facilities with fast , accurate / quality and in accordance with the prescribed budget
· Conduct a needs assessment of the budget for the procurement and maintenance of all facilities and means of supporting office activities
· Perform maintenance activities on all facilities and supporting facilities, as well as the process of reimbursement for facilities/ support facilities damaged
· Maintain relationships with vendors or suppliers of goods and services facility / office infrastructure as well as help in dealing with complaints over vendors / suppliers including follow-on handling memorandum of payment / invoice or contract with a related party
· Assist HR Manager manage work shift of Customer Care and Office Boy and office to ensure the operations run smoothly
· Assist the administration of the Director
· Handling in coming and out going mail and make record
· Maintain good relationship with building management
3 . Customer Care Team Leader
Requirements:
· Minimum D3, Female
· Has minimum 3 years experience in Customer Care/ Service and lead subordinates
· Has attractive appearance
· Fast learner, able to learn product knowledge
· Has ability in communication with customers well and polite
· Experience in handling complaints & inquiries
Main Duties :
· Respond to requests and complaints from customers / distributors in accordance with the standards / procedures in FM Group
· Lead and manage Customer Care Team
