DONATA SERVICES INDONESIA is recruiting professionals for our client: a major Engineering contractor (Oil & Gas) in Malaysia. We are recruiting experienced talented people to be position as:
Senior Project Manager (Code: SPM)
• Should have good knowledge of project scheduling and project management
• Minimum S1 Engineering Degree.
• Should be able to manage multiple projects through multiple junior project/site managers
• Should have at least 10 years work experience in a construction company as a project manager/project director as a minimum
• Minimum 10 years experiences in Project Management of Oil & Gas, Mining or Civil Construction field
• Good command in English both spoken & written.
• Strong Leadership and good communication skills.
Technical Superintendent (Code: TS)
• Graduate from Institute of Merchant Marine with license ATT II/I
• Min 4 years experience as Chief Engineer/2nd engineer in product/chemical tanker.
• Familiar with ISM Code, ISO in oil major inspection, and class matter.
• Strong knowledge in ship maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of offshore Oil and Gas industry and dry docking repairs is an advantage
• Computer literate (familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project).
• Good command in English both spoken & written.
• Good communication and Interpersonal skills
Deputy Assets Manager / Equipment Engineer (Code: DAM/EE)
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 7 – 10 years in Offshore Oil & Gas Project
• Strong in Rotating Equipment Engineering Detail Design Engineering
• Good knowledge and hands on experience with rotating equipment especially pumps.
• Previous experience as Rotating Equipment Engineer
• Should have experience in Oil & Gas or related projects
• Experience on maintenance, trouble shooting and equipment repair
• Willing to travel to the project sites frequently
• Strong in Leadership
Senior Field Engineer (Code: SFE)
• Promote service excellence in this key role as an expert in rotating equipment
• Focused on site activities management such as planning
• Manpower resources/tools assignment and technical assistance to complete the work scope according to the contractual requirements
• Requirements include an Engineering Degree or equivalent business experience and 3-5+ years of related working experience in the Oil & Gas industry within maintenance or installation field activities
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment installation/maintenance
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment installation/maintenance; philosophy of Gas Turbines OR Centrifugal Compressors, OR Reciprocating Compressors, OR Steam Turbines and their auxiliaries is essential
• The ability to understand and implement mechanical drawings, strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent fluency in English and frequent travel up to 70%-80% of the time on- and offshore are required
Specialist Engineer (Code: SE)
• Minimum of 15 years experience in the oil and gas industry specializing in subsea construction and operations
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
• The role demands a good working knowledge of Integrity Management and an extensive expertise and knowledge of subsea operations and engineering
• At least 5 years cumulative offshore time working with ROV, diving, in terms of equipment, vessels and operations
• At least 10 years experience in design and installation engineering as applicable to pipelines, flowlines, risers, umbilical, subsea controls, subsea XMTs. • Subsea systems & process (topsides) engineering
• Project management skills
• Integrated contract management & leadership skills
• Integrated team management & leadership skills
• Direct fabrication, offshore construction and installation experiences
• Previous responsibility as SHE directs occupational and systems management
Senior Specialist Engineer – Analytical Pipeline (Code: SSE-AP)
• Shall have a minimum of 10 years working experience in Oil and gas Industry for Offshore and Onshore projects.
• Shall have a n Engineering Degree (or recognized equivalent).
• Should be familiar with International Codes and Standards and common industry practices for design of subsea pipelines, risers and associated facilities
• Should have working experience in various pipeline engineering design activities, including
• Pipeline and riser mechanical design such as thickness, stability, expansion, spanning, collapse, etc. Pipeline, riser and spool stress analysis
• Have a working knowledge of offshore construction and equipment
• Shall have experience in preparation of MTO s, Cost Estimates, schedules, material and equipment specifications and data sheets.
• Shall be Computer literate, i.e. shall be able to work on MS Office or equivalent
• Experience in the use of AutoPIPE software is preferred. Experience in the use of industry standard software packages would also be an advantage
• Shall possess good communication skills in English language. Previous experience as a Team Leader and Good Team Player, and the ability to work with minimum supervision would be an added advantage
Senior Project Engineer (Code: SPE)
• Ideally about more than 10 yrs Oil &Gas project experience
• Practical extensive experience in planning and scheduling
• Expertise on project controls and planning tools such as MS Project, Primavera, etc.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
• Team player with a willingness to share ideas with multi-disciplinary team members
• Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Good numerical, analytical and literacy skills with a strong attention to detail
• Possess good planning and organizational skills and be accustomed to meeting tight deadlines
Lead Engineer (Code: LE)
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree or Doctorate (PhD) in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Engineering (Marine) or equivalent.
• At least 9 year(s) of working experience in Engineering and detailed analysis in the related field is required for this position
• Extensive knowledge in offshore pipeline, risers, PLEM, j-tubes in the following areas:
• Conceptual/FEED/detailed design, tender preparation and preparation of specification
• Good knowledge in process hydraulic, welding, pipeline material specification
• Provide technical review and supervise engineers and draftsmen
• Application of advanced theories in subsea and pipeline engineering
• Assist Project Manager to meet project schedule and complete project within budget
• Up to date knowledge and experience with the offshore oil and gas industry with 10 years experience or longer in design and analysis of subsea pipelines
• Proven ability to work with a minimal supervision
• Ability and willingness to meet agreed deadlines
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness and ability to work as part of team
• Well developed report writing skills
