Merah Cipta Media is a new hybrid of marketing and communication services and a company consists of  SemutApi Colony, Klix Digital and  MediaXasia looking for highly qualified people for below positions :   DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities   Lead the planning and implementation of project Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables Define project tasks and resource requirements Develop full scale project plans Assemble and coordinate project staff Manage project budget Manage project resource allocation Plan and schedule project timelines Track project deliverables using appropriate tools Provide direction and support to project team Ensure Quality Assurance Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs Project evaluations and assessment of results   Key competencies Critical thinking and problem solving skills planning and organizing decision-making communication skills influencing and leading delegation team work negotiation conflict management adaptability stress tolerance  IT Industry background preferred JUNIOR WEB ADMINISTRATOR   Job Tasks and Responsibilities       Work closely with Web Admin to ensure the content implementation·       Coordinate with internal content writer ·       Mastering in Content Management System operation for each web/project she/he holds·       Ability in basic HTML authoring and familiar with all images and other media format that suitable for web/internet·       Ability in basic photos and video content editing and optimizing/converting   Key Competencies·       Knowledge of CMS functions·       HTML and basic graphic processing Strong initiative.
