PROJECT CIVIL/ARCHITECTURE INSPECTOR

Male, Max. 35 Y.O., D3/S1 Arch/Civil, Min. 5 Years Exp. In similar commercial/hospitality/residential building works,

advance skills in Structure and Finishing, Cost Estimation, Knowledge in Project Management and basic MEP is Preferable,

Autocad literate, word, excel, Power Point, Good attitude, Administrative in monitoring and Controlling, Self motivated and

able to work on more than 1 project under pressure and strict deadline individually and as a team.

 

PROJECT M.E.P. SENIOR INSPECTOR

Male, Max. 35 Y.O., D3/S1 Electro/Mesin, Min. 5 Years Exp in similar commercial/hospitality building works. High Skills in

MEP system incl. Testing commisioning process, Cost Estimation, Knowledge in Project Management, Autocad, word, excel,

power point, administrative, self motivated and able to work on more than 1 project under pressure and strict deadline

individually and as a team.

 

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT.

1. Female, max. 25 years old

2. D3 or S1, preferable has technical knowledge of project management

3. A minimum of 2 years relevant experiences in (project) administration

4. Self motivated, result oriented, able to work as a team

5. Detail, accurate, Energic, Initiative and drive to achieve high standards of administration and

eager to learn

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7. Proficiency in English both oral and written is a must

8. Computer literate (words, spreadsheet and power point)
