Pattern Maker   Requirements: (please only apply when you really meet the criteria below)   ·         Holding minimum High School Degree, proficient in verbal reasoning skill ·         Chinese preferred (not a must), Male or Female, age 35 - 45 ·         Working experience minimum 10 years, with minimum 5 years experience in pattern making, and exposed to computerized pattern system ·         Coming from Shirts or Blouse Garment manufacturing company is a must ·         Ability on English would be a huge advantage ·         Willingness on go down to lower level of problem solving ·         Quick and versatile continuous learner on thinking to find ways to improve process ·         Accountabilities: 1.    Sample Development : Support the Sample Room Garment Technologists to develop standard pattern for method used for new production techniques 2.    Pattern Development: Work with customers and provide suggestions / advice to continuously improve fit and quality through pattern-related adjustments. 3.    Customer Specification:  Work with CSP, and when possible meet with customers to obtain style information, fit preferences, and pattern requirements to enhance customer satisfaction with the Plant's samples and bulk garments. 4.    Pattern Making: Produce high quality patterns (including development sample, first sample, fit sample and PP sample and bulk production) based on customer's requirements to support sample and bulk production. 5.    Pattern Quality: Review with CSP, Production, QA and MM to ensure patterns produced satisfy relevant quality standards and grading scales.  Refine the patterns to satisfy the standards when necessary. 6.    Develop immediate team : Lead, coach and develop immediate team pattern clerk on pattern technology.
