Our Client, a Leading Multinational Printing and Packaging Manufacturing Company, is urgently seeking dynamic professionals to strengthen their growing team. We invite qualified executives to fill the following position:

 

- HRD Manager -

 

 

Main Requirements:

 

o        Male

o        Bachelor degree in any discipline

o        Minimum 5 years experience in Manufacturing Company

o        Excellent knowledge in Labor Law and its application in the company, HR Procedures and Processes, Recruitment, Payroll, Salary structure, Performance evaluation, Jamsostek, Compensation and benefit.

o        Highly motivated, results oriented, able to work independently and in teams

o        Proficiency in English (both oral and written)

o        Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)

 

 

Salary : Rp 3 million per month, car and other benefits

Depending on Qualifications and Experience
