We are seeking candidates for 7 different positions at Multinational Organizations.
1) Position Title: Senior Manager Finance
Reports to- Primary: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Direct Reports: 4
1. PURPOSE OF ROLE (JOB SUMMARY):
The position is primarily responsible for corporate planning, management and financial reporting. Active supervision and control over group's business plans and performance against budgets and market trends, provides feedback to review management on various strategic and financial issues and exercises financial control and discipline.
2. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan finance department objectives in line with Group's objectives (30%).
Ensure preparation and effective usage of policies, procedures and action plans for achieving departmental objectives (20%)
Ensure preparation and presentation of department reporting to management for decision making and to Government agencies for compliance to financial reporting and regulatory framework (20%)
Training and development of staff (15%)
Liaising, coordination and stream lining issues with other departments (10%)
Financial responsibilities:
o Develop budget recommendations (e.g. budgeted financials, forecast, capital budgets Rs. 8 Billion)
o Prepare budget requests and written narratives
o Review expenses against budget
3. LEVEL OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
The assignments require the individual to take initiative in planning and performing work each day and for weeks.
The impact of the decisions taken in this position affects multiple functions and the group.
The consequences of errors caused in carrying out the actual work of this position affect multiple functions and the group. e.g. non-deduction of income tax at source from payments as a result payment would be disallowed causing less equal to payment and there would also be fine (penalty and other penal provisions)
Assignments requires to work:
o Frequently with others in a cooperative and collaborative manner.
o As a team and cooperation with individuals and groups. e.g. effective coordination with work groups/ teams for better understanding of objectives, clarity on role expected and deliverables and feedback and follow up for overall achievement of Group's goals and objectives

2) Sales Engineer

Job Purpose: Maintaining the electrical, control, instrument and automation installation in the factory.
Ensure plant runs smoothly, to achieve budgeted Yield and most importantly, Availability.
Support Operators in their AM tasks, and helping them understand how the machine works.
| Job Context: To execute maintenance, improvement and investment works. To attend breakdown and rectify in the shortest possible time. To read and understand and update equipment instruction manuals. To carry out simple mechanical jobs as and when necessary Assist in supervision of contractors To perform any task assigned by supervisor To troubleshoot, maintain and modify the hardwire control circuit To troubleshoot, maintain, configure and modify PLC hardware &software and operator interfaces (Panel view, data liners, digital displays etc.) To troubleshoot, maintain and modify filling and packing equipment electrical system. To understand and interpret single line and control schematic diagram To practise and be responsible for all electrical safety aspects. To operate, maintain and troubleshoot substation equipment electrical system, lighting and small power system, electrical devices such as DC/AC motors, drives, control devices, lighting, chargers, etc.. Basic and intermediate electrical calculation-motor KW/amp, cable type/sizing, motors starters selection, volt drop. To troubleshoot, service, repair and modify pneumatic/electronics instrumentation system To service, calibrate, configure and tune transmitters, controllers, control valves, recorders, weighers etc.. |
To maintain and trouble shoot communication devices (PABX, modem etc)
7) Automation and control Engineer: AED. 15000/-
Reports to: Engineering Manager/Team Leader
Job Purpose: Will be directly responsible for the improvement, maintenance and trouble shooting of all aspects of plant automation and management of Automation team
| Job Context: The person must have a high level of automation and electrical technical skill, being able to incorporate engineering solutions and improvements with an operations-oriented perspective.
Key goal is in development of their team members, to achieve the operational goal of high Availability.

The relevant Engineering budget and project CapEx budgets need to be adhered to and improved upon.
