We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an international oil and gas exploration and operating company for the following position:
Industrial Relations Assistant Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Law is preferable
- Minimum 9 years of extensive experience in industrial relation, preferably in oil and gas industry.
-Understanding Manpower Regulation and Know How to face an Issue in PPHI.
- Well experience in setting up Collective Labor Agreement and in Dealing with Labor Union
- Good in managing employee relation such grievance procedure
-Dealing with government agencies such as BP Migas, Migas, and Manpower Department.
