JAC Indonesia are opening vacancies for our Client a very well known Coal Mining company located in Jakarta :
 
- Position : Performance Engineer and Manager

Overall responsibility for plant efficiency and reliability by providing plant equipment performance monitoring & testing, economic studies, and recommending and implementing engineering solutions to plant operational and maintenance personnel.
• Performs performance monitoring & testing on plant equipment especially boiler, by 1) Ensuring boiler component cleanliness & performance, 2) Sootblower control system optimization, and 3) assisting with boiler condition assessment which includes physical inspection of equipment
• Researches, evaluates, recommends and/or applies new technologies to improve unit efficiency 
• Monitors the anomaly detection system & other performance monitoring systems
• Investigates operating problems & recommends appropriate effective solutions which may be coordinated with operations, maintenance, and engineering groups
• Stays abreast of latest developments in the coal based industry, especially in the areas of performance testing & improvement of plant efficiency and reliability

Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor degree from any engineering discipline,
• Min 5 years in similar position,

• Having experience to handle Boiler in Power Plant companies.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Have excellent organizational skills.

• High travel mobility.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
