Continues Improvement Manager
Objectives of the role:
Support the Operation and Plant unit in Indonesia to improve the productivity performance through Productivity & Quality Improvement activity using many kind methodologies like Six Sigma, TPS, Lean Manufacturing and etc
Define and deploying focused improvement methodologies and tool across the organization in order to drive TAL Continuous Improvement to assure efficient and sustainable capability to identify, analyses and eliminate losses/waste aligned with business need following to implementation & journey of TPS-Lean
Strive for world class operations that enable to continuously generate savings while maintaining and improving the service level of productivity and services by: deployment of TPS program, target setting and tracking for TPS and TPS Cost Saving, training and coaching of managers and supervisors, Concept development and best practice exchange within the group.
Requirement s of the role:
1. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from reputable institution
2. Minimum 7 years experience in manufacturing especially: Shoes, Garment, Electronic or any intense labor industry in various areas such as; Production, Supply Chain, management and etc.
3. Minimum 5 years in lead continuous improvement strategy and improvement initiatives to increase process effectiveness and business results to support corporate and business unit objectives.
4. Good analytical thinking and execution
5. Excellence presentation skills
