JAC Recruitment Indonesia, a member of the TAZAKI Group, is an international recruitment firm.  We provide services in Recruitment & Selection (Executive Search, Staff Placement), Personnel & Legal Consulting, Translating & Interpreting. Our client is Indonesian-Korean joint-venture ceramics dinnerware manufacturing companies.  90% of their products are for export (mostly to US and Europe), with clients such as Marks & Spencer, Target, Walmart, etc.  Total employees: around 1100 (permanent), plus around 100-300 daily workers.  80% of their employees are female and they have 1 labor union.  Some of their competitors are: SKI, Indoceramics, Sango, Royal Doulton, Hankook, etc. Currently we are looking for qualified Candidates for our Client as:   HR (GA) Manager (This is a brand new position)     Salary: +/- IDR 15 million Allowances: COP (Avanza-type, 5 year-plans, 80/20), meal, insurance Workdays: M-F, Saturday 1/2 day Working Location: Gunung Putri, Bogor   Successful candidates would come from the same industry (note: does not want candidate from Hankook Ceramics), or at least from manufacturing environment.  Candidates must have strong experience in personnel administration, Industrial Relation, developing SOP, training and recruitment…and, does not mind to often going to the field to monitor, have discussion and educate workers (as oppose to sitting in the office and bossing around people).  Prefer Male, mid 30s years old.    Currently the company does not have a proper HR Department, they only have "Dept. Personalia".  This person's main responsibility is to re-map and re-structure the existing department into a more professional HR function.  This person is also task to upgrade the staff competencies through training, education, etc, and change to "family culture" into a more professional working environment.    This person will report to GM Operations (new, join in Dec '10/Jan '11).  This person will also have 1 direct report (Personnel Supervisor), along with 4 administrative staffs.      We treat our Candidate resumes in a professional manner and strictly confidential, as our code of ethic.
