Experience in managing and coordinating marketing and promotional activities. Skills: High Level Oral and Written English Communication; Knowledge of US higher education system; Study experience in the US preferred; Excellent presentation skills; Commitment to cross-cultural exchange; Experience working with students (desirable); Experience in organizing conferences or similar events; Self driven and proven ability to work in a team environment; Familiarity with US Standardized Tests; Advising Skills; Public relations and Customer Focus; Networking and Liaising Skills; Strategic and financial Planning Skills; Understanding of academic and business ethics, team work, Creativity and problem solving skills are assets.  Basic Functions of the position Reporting to the Country Coordinator, the incumbent will develop and implement a marketing plan aimed at promoting the EducationalUSA India brand and expanding outreach throughout India and manage all activities pertaining to marketing and information dissemination to students and educational institutions. S/he is responsible for developing the brand 'EducationUSA' into a well recognized, reliable source of authentic information. The activities may include, but are not restricted to: identification of new and potential pockets of students at schools and colleges; developing and maintaining good relations and rapport with schools, colleges and other institutions; developing promotional tools and products to be used by the entire network in India in close collaboration with appropriate officials from ECA/A/S/A and IIE, maintenance of the Institutional Membership Plan of USIEF, ensuring high visibility of EAS events in different media.
