Front Line Manager (Production)

(Jakarta Raya) 

Responsibilities: 

Execute efficient of the scheduled weekly production
program to achieve the target.
Making sure that production order is available in
production before packing to ensure production will have no delay or run
behind schedule.
Arranging with warehouse that all materials for
production are released, available in required quantities and delivered to
batching, formulating, blending and packing at the right time.
To coordinate foreman and operator in all section to
ensure that production process is running efficient to achieve daily
production target.
To organize and monitor implementation of ISO system
and WISE system to produce safe product with high quality standard.
To make daily production performance report.
To organize and monitor implementation of personnel
discipline based on company policy.
To train operator related with ISO system and
discipline.
To evaluate operator and foreman performance.
To organize and monitor cleanliness of production area.
Act as production leader in shift 3.

Requirements:

Age 27 - 35 years old
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Food Science
Good command of English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Well understanding about Lean Manufacturing
Experience in FMCG manufacturing
Willing to work in 3 shifts
