HR Staff (HRD)

Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or psychology from
reputable university.
• Age maximum 27 yo
• Having experience min. 3 years in handling HRD, training and
recruitment.
• Fluent english, written and oral

Key of responsibilities:
- Handling Recruitment Request.
- Day-to-day running of HR operations.
- Design and maintain good training, staff development and assessment
initiatives to enhance and evaluate employees' competence and job
skills.
- Establish and maintain employee welfare and recreational programs to boost staff morale and promote team-work amongst staff.
- Ensure the maintenance of fair and recommended employment practices.
- Handle all employees' relations.
- Responsible for filing and documentation.
