Adapun posisi, syarat dan kondisi adalah sbb: Production Manager (PM) Job Description: Daily monitoring, analyze defects trends, and initiate counter measures to achieve productivity and product quality   Job Qualification: Male, minimum 30 years old Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Food Technology) Having 5 – 8 years experience at managerial level in food manufacturing industry Mastering all aspects of production and post-production management Having excellent knowledge and skill in mechanic or electric field Strong leadership, positive, strategic-minded, and excellent communication skills Fluent in Mandarin language is preferred Having knowledge and experiences in HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001:2000, & 5S Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo – East Java Production Supervisor (SPV) Job Description: Coordinate, control, and optimize resources to ensure accomplishment of production procedure and to yield products which meet quality and quantity standard. Job Qualification: Male, 24-30 years old Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Food Technology) Having 1 year experience at supervisory level in food manufacturing industry is preferred Having excellent knowledge and skill in mechanic or electric field Strong leadership, positive, and excellent communication skills Willing to work in shifts & be placed in Karawang – West Java Supply Chain Coordinator (SCC) Job Description: Coordinate, assign, and monitor raw and packaging material procurement and production planning to ensure sales target achievement and inventory control.   Job Qualification: Male, 30-35 years old Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering (GPA = 3.00) Having 3-5 years experience at managerial level in food manufacturing industry Mastering logistic, production scheduling, MRP, and supply chain management Strong leadership, positive, strategic-minded, & excellent communication skills Having knowledge and experiences in HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001: 2000, & 5 R Fluent in Mandarin language is preferred Willing to be placed in Karawang – West Java Maintenance Supervisor (MSPV) Job Description: Supervise maintenance and repair of plant machinery and utilities in order to support all plant operational Job Qualification: Male, 24-30 years old Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Food Technology) Having 2-3 years experience at supervisory level in food manufacturing industry Having excellent knowledge and skill in mechanical or electrical Strong leadership, positive, and excellent communication skills Having knowledge and experiences in HACCP & GMP Willing to work in shifts Willing to be placed in Karawang – West Java Lamaran dan CV dikirim via email dengan mencantumkan kode posisi ke: rekrutmen@asasolution.com lamaran paling lambat kami terima tanggal 20 Oktober 2010 hanya yang memenuhi persyaratan yang akan dipanggil
