Sales & Marketing IT (for Software/IT Solutions)

Job Responsibilities:

Develop new accounts and expand customer base
Support and provide value added servicing to existing customers
Present the products and reach new customers in creative and effective ways
Calculate bill of materials through technical drawing , cost estimation
Prepare supporting documents for offers
Provide timely reports on sales activities
Develop a good relationship with related industry players

Job Requirements:

Job role in Sales Executive / Account Manager or Sales Engineer
Male or Female
Minimum D3/S1, proven background in selling IT solutions / Software / Applications
Working knowledge of English language
Presentable, good communication, negotiation & interpersonal skill
Able to work in team or individual, under dateline & pressure
Strong customer service mindsets
Domicile in Jakarta, have own vehicle is a plus

Senior Java Programmer

Job Responsibilities:

Work as a small project team leader during end to end system life cycle development of major projects.
Responsible for the development of major components or modules of application by provide expert level programming.
Contribute to all aspects of the product development process, from systems architecture analysis, design, development or enhancement, integration, release and maintenance.
Participate in the decision making process regarding to the selection, customization and support of the array of software engineering tools used by the engineering group; i.e. version control, change management, knowledge repository, C/C++, JAVA, UML, .NET modeling, etc.
Assist with process, data and object modeling in a variety of application and database environments.
Create quality source code, document code and procedures thoroughly as prescribed by the engineering standards.
Accurately report project status to senior project team members and ensure the project deliverables and timelines.
Lead junior software engineers and review the quality of their design and implementation.
It's highly possible to be assigned to our sister companies in the other countries than Indonesia.

Job Requirements:

Have degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or the other faculty related to IT.
Have more than 5 years of working experience in JAVA development and have experience in struts, JSP,EJB,JDBC (desirable).
Have experience in web logic/web sphere platform.
Have experience in Database & Scripting (Oracle-PL/SQL,MS SQL-TSPL).
Able to use common development tools such a compliers, debuggers, profiling tools-and source control system as prescribed by the engineering standards.
Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
Good communication (verbal and written) in English fluently.
Have leadership, technical and consultative skills

Senior Mobile Application Developer

Job Responsibilities:

Contribute to a team of mobile application developers with various skills in HTML5, Objective C, CSS, PHP, C++, Java, MySql and JavaScript.
Support and enhance existing applications to ensure maturity in the markets for products on the iPhone, iPad, Android, Blackberry and other emerging mobile platforms.
Create application prototypes with new features or entirely new applications on current and future mobile platforms.
Responsible for code Quality, guardian of the trunk.
Perform tests across multiple devices using various testing applications.
Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies in the mobile application arena.
Supervising junior application developers

Job Requirements:

Male or Female
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Good knowledge of Mac OS and Objective C. Practical experience in OS compatibility and device troubleshooting is essential.
Source code control understanding (experience with subversion and Eclipse preferred.
At least 3-5 year(s) developing native apps with either Objective-C and Cocoa for OS X or the iPhone, Android, Blackberry, or Windows mobile platforms.
Good communication skills, creative, energetic and self started.
Should be independent but also to work in a team and self-driven to meet projected timelines. Being motivated and a motivator for yourself and team.
Required language(s): English.
Full-Time positions available.

Business Process & Quality Supervisor/Ast. Manager (PQM)

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for providing business process and corporate strategy development services troughout Strategic
Business Unit (SBU) under the Group.
The job holder will assisst SBUs to develop and implement business process as well as BP reengineering,
organization/corporate strategy, continuous improvement management, standard operating procedure, and also
organization system.

Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Management, or any
related major.
· Also she/he must show good analytical thinking, teamwork, and ability in leading several projects.
· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
