Law Firm located at Graha Activa, Jl HR Rasuna Said, Jakarta Selatan is now seeking for :

- 2 (two) Senior Transactional Associate Advocates

- 2 (two) Mid-level Transactional Associate Advocates

For the Senior Transactional Associate Advocates, we seek candidates with
the following qualifications:

* Holding Advocate License from Indonesian Advocate Association
(PERADI)
* Graduate of a reputable university majoring in law;
* Minimum 7 (seven) years of Post Admission Experience (PAE) with a
strong focus in corporate/transactional works (ie. capital markets,
corporate actions, mining and private financing transactions);
* Advanced fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, verbal and
written;
* Exemplary knowledge in the Indonesian legal framework concerning
contracts, corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions and finance; and
* Excellent analytical & conceptual thinking; creative & innovative.

For the Mid-level Transactional Associate Advocates, we seek candidates with
the following qualifications:

* Holding Advocate License from Indonesian Advocate Association
(PERADI)
* Graduate of a reputable university majoring in law;
* Minimum 4 (four) years of Post Admission Experience (PAE) with a
strong focus in corporate/transactional works (ie. capital markets,
corporate actions, mining and private financing transactions);

Marine Supervisory (Rig Moving)  Service

Qualification :
Male,       max. 45 years old       
Minimum       Bachelor Degree In Engineering ( Naval, Mechanical, or Industrial       Engineering ) 
At       least ANT 2 & holding Pilot License
Or At       least having min 2 (two) Years  Experiences        for the relevant activities.
Well       known and experience about managing vessels and conducting marine       operation in ( Company Operation & Offshore )
Language       :  Good in  English both oral & written 
Good       interpersonal and communication skills
General Duties :
   Supervising marine  operation activities
   Supervising Swamp &  Offshore Rig Move and other vessel movement activities
   required a person as the  Pilot including its related activities ( pre job meeting, pre Rig move meeting.
   Conduct incident  investigation if required including create its CTA.
  Conduct safety improvement program ( marine talk, personal  coaching to marine  crew, safety campaign  )

Marine Inspection Service

Qualification :
Male,       max. 45 years old       
Minimum       Bachelor Degree In Engineering ( Naval, Mechanical, or Industrial       Engineering ) 
Have       Mariner ANT 1 + OVID certified
 At least ANT 1 or Naval Architect       back-ground.
 At least have the 8 (eight ) year for the       relevant activities
Personnel to be certified by       BKI as MARINE SURVEYOR.
Experience min. 2 years in Current Position 
Language       :  Good in  English both oral & written 
Good       interpersonal and communication skills
General Duties :
   Vessel inspection prior  entering COMPANY area.
   Regular inspection for all in-service Vessels.
  Full aspects of Vessel inspection covering  structures, accommodation, machinery, navigational equipment, safety appliances  and crew assessment.
    Supervision and analysis services for new  building Vessel project.
    Supervision and analysis services for Vessel  docking and repair activity.
    Supervision of marine performance test such as  : speed test, pump test and fuel consumption test.
    Updating Vessel report and crew data base  System
