Payroll Supervisor

Responsibilities:

-Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
-Manage work flow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
-Perform daily payroll operations.
-Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits.

Requirements:

-Female, Max. 30 Years old
-Minimal educational background is Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree in any background
-Having experiences in doing Payroll for minimal 3 year.
-Familiar with payroll system especially calculating tax for employee (pph 21).
-Fluently in English is an advantage.

Document Control (2 position)

Requirements:

· Female single, max 23 years old

· Must have at least bachelor degree (S1) or diploma degree (D3) in Social Science/Business Administration or any field education a reputable university.

· Must have experience as Document Control at least 1 years (S1) or 3 years (D3) in EPC Oil and Gas Project.

· Must have a mastery to operate computer, such as Microsoft Office, Internet, EDMS etc.

· Must have good communication skills and teamwork.

Secretary:

Requirements:

· Sigle Female, max 23 years old

· Min D3

· Active English skill, both written and spoken is must.

Pendopo123 News. Tradisi mudik kekampung halaman yang biasa dilakukan oleh masyarakat saat lebaran menyebabkan jalan-jalan utama menjadi sangat padat.

Seperti pada lebaran sebelumnya, volume kendaraan meningkat lebih dari 200%. Tingginya load jalan berpotensi menimbulkan konflik antar sesama kendaraan. Ditambah lagi perilaku berkendara sebagian besar pengguna jalan masih jauh dari tertib.

Tak heran bila angka kecelakaan juga ikutan meningkat. Siapapun orangnya pasti berkata : "Bahwa itu tidak akan terjadi pada saya" Ingat!!! Jalan raya adalah tempat berkumpulnya bahaya. Siapapun bisa terlibat konflik di sini!!

Apa yang harus saya lakukan...?

Periksa Kendaraan secara menyeluruh, meliputi 3 bagian:
            - Bagian luar kendaraan
            - Ruang mesin
            - Bagian dalam (kabin)

Gunakan metodologi POWER supaya pemeriksaan dapat dilakukan secara menyeluruh dan tidak ada bagian yang terlewatkan

            P   = Petrol / paper (bahan bakar / surat-surat)
            O   = Oil (mesin, transmisi, rem, power steering)
            W   = Water (pembersih kaca, radiator, accu)
            E   = Electricals (lampu, klakson)
            R   = Rubber (ban, selang, vanbelt, dan wiper)
