REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

  Graduate preferably in Engineering, Business or Sales and Marketing
  Min. 5 years experience in sales and handling industrial products would be an advantage
  Good communication skills (oral and written) in English and Indonesia language
  Extensive travel within Asean and occasionally to the US and Europe.
  Report to Zone Sales Manager – Southeast Asia

Front Office Position
 
Job Summary :
 
The Front office operations representative provide a variety of front services such as reception, reservatios and PABX operatiosn.
 
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming calls to the main phone number
- Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate resource
- Greet and direct employees and visitors
- Provide general information regarding restaurant, directions, taxi service, etc.
- Process workspace and conference space request via phone or on-line database
- Ensure optimal workspace occupancy
- Coordinate movement of conference space and workstations to effectively manage space inventory on a daily basis
- Create, analyze, edit and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Perform administrative duties
- May issue building access cards to visitors

Qualification :
 
- Min. diploma in any major
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- English communication both in written or verbal
- Female

- Basic organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience using a computer, knowledge of Word and Excel applications

1.        Satpam / Security

Menjaga dan memantau keamanan di lingkungan kerja

Kualifikasi :
·         Lulusan SMA
·         Memiliki pengalaman menangani tugas yang sama maksimal 3 tahun
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim

2.        Staf Maintenance

Bertanggung jawab terhadap perawatan mekanik dan listrik (termasuk instalasi, perbaikan, dan pemeliharaan preventif)

Kualifikasi :
·         Lulusan SMK / STM jurusan Listrik
·         Memiliki pengalaman menangani tugas yang sama minimal 1 tahun

·         Memiliki pengetahuan tentang sistem pemeliharaan gedung ( mekanik dan listrik )

·         Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim

·         Berdomisili di area Jakarta dan penempatan di Jakarta barat ( DKI Jakarta )

 

3.        Technical Support IT

Bertanggung jawab dalam pemeliharaan sistem jaringan, instalasi PC serta memperbaiki permasalahannya

Kualifikasi :
Lulusan
minimal SMK jurusan Teknik Komputer / Teknologi Informasi Teknik / Listrik
Lebih disukai memiliki
pengalaman sebagai Technical Support maksimal 2 tahun dalam menangani
pengaturan internet dan windows

Memiliki interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik
