A newly established multinational company located in Banten Province is looking for a talented person as a :

PRODUCTION OPERATOR

He will be based in Cilegon, Banten Province and to work in an operational team. As a member of the global manufacturing & engineering function, this position need a good communication skill as well as ability to report and solve problem raised from control system.

Areas of responsibilities include:
- Monitor control panels and adjust the alarms.
- Reads and interprets alarms, codes, charts to determine operation running
- Maintains logs, records, and reports relative to the work.
- Performs all tasks in accordance with the company policies and procedures

Candidate also required to be familiar with :
- Understand laboratory tools usage
- Interpretation of alarms and safety tools
- Knowledge of operation in molding, water cooling system, etc.

Knowledge and skills requirement for the job:
- Bachelors degree in Chemist, Engineering or relevant study.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply with above education background
- Experience as production operator for 2 until 5 years

Project Scheduler ( MBP 3011-12 )

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Engineering (S1) (Civil/Architecture/Mechanical/Mining/ Industrial Engineering) from a reputable University, with minimum GPA 2.75.
• Minimum 4 years experience in projects or field, able to create project reports (both in Indonesian and English languages).
• Excellent in read Engineering drawings for all discipline(Civil, Architecture, Mechanical/Piping, Electrical and Instrument; Understand and know about Project Management(including; estimation, scheduling); Understand and know about Construction techniques.
• Mandatory able to operate Primavera (preferable having Primavera
certificate;Able to operate Microsoft Offices (Ms.Excel, Ms.Word, Ms.Power Point. MS Access,MS Project).
• Good team work, good communication, good/active in English(writing and speaking), hard worker and high motivation, can work under pressure and tight target.

Personnel on the need to work with the contract system for mining project in Papua by a contract of 6 months(extendable).

KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation (KNCV) is a leading non-governmental organization working in Global Tuberculosis (TB) Control. KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation has been active in TB control for over one hundred years both in the national and international context. As a non-profit organization KNCV is active in over 40 countries in Europe, Africa, Latin America and Asia. KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation is dependent on subsidies from Government and other sources, as well as private contributions through fundraising. The central office is located in The Hague, The Netherlands.
 
TB CARE I
The Tuberculosis Coalition for Technical Assistance (TBCTA) carries out the USAID funded TB CARE I project. The objective is to "Decrease morbidity and mortality by increasing case detection and treatment success of pulmonary TB patients in USAID priority countries".  KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation is the Prime Partner of TB CARE I.
 
Responsibilities:
The Provincial Data Officer ensures availability of quality and timely data for program management and evaluation. Responsibility include collect, Entry, and Validate data in targeted PMDT site, ensure the accuracy of recorded data at e-TB Manager system, and prepare and provide report in regular basis for project information and analysis
 
Qualification: 
          D3 Tehnik Informatika, Statistic
          Computer literate
          Minimum of 2 years experience in Data Management.

Position: Field Finance Officer & Caregiver
Reports to: Project Coordinator
Works with: Other team members in the JRS Bangil IDC Project, local networks and partners.
Organization: Jesuit Refugee Service Indonesia
Duty Station: Bangil, Pasuruan, East Java

Position Purpose:
The Caregiver & Field Finance Officer is to work with and under the coordination of the Project Coordinator of the Bangil IDC Project. S/he carries out and facilitates the project activities for people with limited freedom of movement and those who seek refuge and to increase her/his capacity along with the spirit of JRS which s/he learns in her/his daily service. The officer works also for finance management in a teamwork together with other officers in the related project level and coordinates with the higher level of management.
 
Responsibilities:

The Caregiver & Field Finance Officer is responsible for visiting, accompanying and facilitating activities for those who seek refuge and people with limited freedom of movement in the Bangil IDC Project; The officer is also responsible for recording daily transactions, submitting weekly and monthly financial report to project finance officer, as well as managing the house or office, asset, logistic and personnel accommodation.

 
 
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Male
  • BA degree, preferably either in education, management, accounting, social science, human rights, communication or other related to the job.
  • Honest, trustworthy, flexible, creative and high motivated.
  • Have experiences in social works / NGOs accompanying people who seek refuge and limited in freedom of movement.
  • Have experiences and skills as facilitator and motivator.
  • Have experience in a project administration is preferable.
  • High ability in communication with team and people whom he/she serves.
  • Be willing and motivated to learn more about asylum and refugee issues and rights.
  • Excellent knowledge, understanding and empathy with IDPs and refugees in all settings.
  • Have good  English skills in listening ,and fairly speaking, reading and writing.
  • Able to work with a team
o       Computer and Internet literate (Microsoft office, and Data base , and e-mail);
  • Mature and well prepared to work in demanding conditions and able to work under pressure and high frequency of mobility.
  • Indonesian nationality.
 
Background Organization and Programme:
The Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) is an international non-governmental organization with a mission to accompany, serve, and advocate the rights of refugees and forcibly displaced people. JRS undertakes services at national and regional levels with the support of an international office in Rome. Founded in November 1980 as a work of the Society of Jesus, JRS programs are found in over 50 countries, providing assistance to refugees in refugee camps, to people displaced within their own country, and to asylum-seekers in cities and held in detention. The main areas of work are in the fields of Education, Advocacy, Emergency Assistance, Pastoral, Health and Nutrition, Income Generating Activities and Social Services.
 
In choosing and implementing programmes, JRS places an emphasis on the knowledge in root causes, policy and prevention and in all programmes aims to find and advocate for durable solutions for refugees, asylum seekers and IDPs. JRS gives direct services, accompanying the displaced and assisting them to advocate for their rights.
