DONATA SERVICES INDONESIA is recruiting professionals for our client, a national company in Transportation Industry in Indonesia. We are recruiting experienced talented people to be position as:
Senior Payroll (Code: SP)
a. Female age between 33-35 years old.
b. University degree from prominent university preferably in Accounting or equivalent
c. Have Min 2-3 years working experience in Payroll or Human Resources.
d. Very familiar with payroll processes, tax calculation and statutory filing
e. Knowledge of employee income tax (PPH 21) regulations and concepts
f. Knowledge in Indonesian tax regulations and concepts
g. Experience with multi-national firms preferable within Transportation company would be an advantage
h. Computer literacy
i. Good command of spoken and written English, communication skill, problem solving skill.
j. Applicants have to be able to work independently and in a team and willing to take initiative, to work under pressure and with a variety of people and organizations
Supervisor HRD (Code: Sup-HRD)
a. Female min age 33 years old.
b. Holds Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Law/Management from a reputable university
c. Shall have a minimum of 3-5 years working experience in similar position
d. In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and industrial relation
e. Familiar with personnel matters such as labor organization, industrial relation, recruitment, selection, training, education etc
f. Excellent in consulting, negotiation skills and conflict resolutions
g. Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
h. Able to work and communicate with multinational representatives
i. Ability to work under pressure
j. Good command of spoken and written English, communication skill, problem solving skill.
Senior Admin HRD (Code: SA-HRD)
a. Female min age 33 years old.
b. Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Human Resources/Secretary from a reputable university
c. Minimum 2 year experience specializing in routine Clerical/Office Administrative Support or equivalent
d. Having knowledge of filling document
e. Handle business travel and hotel arrangements for management and employees
f. Ability for multi-tasking and job prioritization
g. Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
h. Fast learner, hard working, willing to work under pressure, has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, and able to work as team.
