Sales and Ops Admin (1yr Contract) – Jakarta, Indonesia

Currently we are seeking for a high qualify Sales and Ops Admin to join our team & work in our Jakarta Office. This position reports to Sales Director.
Job Descriptions:
- Creating and generating sales reports, update pipeline and quarterly sales forecast
- Responsible for administration on bid process.
- Working closely with all sales personnel for helping them in selling process.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Scheduling of meetings, arranging documentations for meetings, agenda's and minute taking, including Management weekly meeting
- Any other ad – hoc duties as required or assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or Diploma in Accounting or Economic
- Min 2 + years as Sales/Marketing/Operations Admin
- Fluency in English, spoken and written is mandatory
- Experience work in Oil and Gas Company is an advantage
- Good command on Ms Office.
- Experience work with ERP system is an advantage such as SAP, PeopleSoft etc.
- Possess strong knowledge of spreadsheet and presentation software, and word processing/page layout techniques
- Ability to set and work according to priorities, be organized, and exhibit the highest professional standards for accuracy and efficiency
- Strong organization, tracking, follow-up and proactive
- High team spirit. Ability to work with internal and external clients
- Able to work under pressure
