Dear all HR fellows,

Our client, a respected Consumer Electronic Company from Japan is looking for talented candidate to be positioned as their HR Executive. The position were prepared to be a managerial level in the future.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Manpower Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding all Recruitment & Executive Search needs
• Provide management level consultancy & advice in all recruitment matters
• Responsible for recruitment & selection processes

Compensation & Benefits

• Drives key exercises such as annual performance, salary review & benchmark survey

Employee Relation

• Spearhead employee wellness program
• Drive CSR initiative as a Society leader in organization community giving efforts
• Grievance handling & discipline

Learning & Development

• Lead in  human resource development to strengthen organizational abilities
• Responsible for organization excellence program such as ISO 9001 and 14001

REQUIREMENTS :

• Degree holder
• Min. 5 years of relevant HR working experience in a generalist role
• Good knowledge of Labor Law
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication & people management skills
• Must have integrity, confidence, a high level of professionalism & a mature approach.
• Good command in English both verbal and written
