An expanding offshore transshipment solutions provider (dry bulk cargo)
operating a fleet of Floating Cranes/ Loading Facilities and
Tugs&Bargesin Indonesia requires :
ISM Assistant Manager
Main Responsibilities: Assist ISM Ship ManagementDivision and procurement in terms of Quality,
Health Safety and Environmental Management System.
Job Description:
1. Assist ship operation with ISM
code that will be participated by the company regarding to the Safety
Management System (SMS) qualification which covers :
a. Coordinate with related
(Sysman) department for data, record, analysis and report collection needed for Total Ship management.
2. Coordinate with related
department to implement QHSE system effectively and promote awareness of ISM/ISPS
in the company.
3. Responsible in monitoring the
implementation of QHSE in offshore project by conducting internal safety audit
of ISM Code.
4. Conduct review or analysis
toward the implementation of QHSE system in vessels.
5. Provide advice to management to
ensure the effectiveness of QHSE implementation in order to meet the client
requirement.
6. Inspect and check every vessel
engaged with shore SMS for internal or external audit, conditional survey, and
any other inspection required.
Requirement and Specification:
1. Age max 30 – 35 years old
2. Minimum hold a ISM Code cert. or
DP. (Must Marine background)
3. Have strong knowledge of
QHSE standards, provisions or regulations e.g. Marpol, SOLAS, ISM Code.
4. Have advanced knowledge of
local and international regulations regarding vessels.
5. Minimum 3 years ISM code/ISPS
code operation.
6. Good command in English (verbal
and written)
7. Willing to travel and conduct
field job
8. Multitasking person
9. Good interpersonal,
communication and negotiation skill
10. Customer oriented
11. Able to work independently or
in a team
