Customer Service Administrator
(Jakarta Raya - Sunter, Jakarta Utara)

Responsibilities:

He / She will responsible in Service our Customers to fulfill their needs:

1. Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products and services, to take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints.
2. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
3. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
4. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
5. Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, any field.
• Required skill(s):
• microsoft office and administration,
• customer service,
• customer care,
• communication skill,
• teamwork.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Sunter, Jakarta Utara.
• Full-Time positions available.
