A Recruitment Manager is needed ASAP for A leading MNC in Media and Entertainment and a Client of Konsultan Executive Search Affix, with the following criteria:      ,

Responsibilities:      ,
  • Lead the recruitment activities and improve recruitment strategy and system effective and fast recruitment processes.      ,
  • Ensure recruitment & selection process are well implemented.      ,

Requirements:      ,
  • Male / Female, age maximum 35 years old.       ,
  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology with min GPA 3.00 from reputable university.     , Psychologist is preferable.     ,
  • Min 5 years work experiences in Recruitment & Selection field.      ,
  • A solid experience in Recruitment & Selection with a large scale organization is preferable.      ,
  • Familiar with Psychological Testing and Interview technique.      ,
  • Posses strong leadership and strong personality capability to ensure The Recruitment Process.      ,
  • Flexibility and commitment.      ,
  • Passion for learning, extensive knowledge about people / HR field and people oriented.      ,
  • Fluent in English.      ,
  • High communication skills.      ,
  • Computer literate.      ,
  • Good looking.       ,
