JAC Indonesia are opening vacancies for our Client a very well known automation company located in Jakarta :
 
1. Position : Advanced Sales Solution Manager
Key Deliverables:
• Tailored solutions and value propositions in Advanced Solutions.
• A pipeline of opportunities for Advanced Solutions.
• Revenue and growth above set quota in support of Annual Operating Plan.
• Participation in Territory and Account, Planning and Strategy
• Mentorship of Account Manager in assigned line of business
• Customer specific pursuit plans
• Specific growth initiatives for line of business
• Accurate forecast of revenue and growth opportunities

Qualifications:
• In-depth industry and market knowledge
• Good knowledge of products and solutions within Industrial Automation market – specifically those in assigned line of business
• A well-developed sense of the customers' business, their drivers, and their organization.
• Understands the unique value proposition of Company's offering
• Good knowledge of competitors' solutions, value propositions, market strategies and position
• Have deep knowledge relate to automation for Refinery and Oil&Gas Industries.

Experience:
• Five to ten years of industry experience in operations, technology marketing and/or product development. • Consultative selling - turning technical features/ functions into value for the customer
• Proven experience prospecting for opportunities and or driving sales initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts/solutions to internal and external customers; e.g. customer specs, white papers, trade shows, etc…
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects/programs/ opportunities at one time

2. Position : Business Development Manager
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop business strategy and marketing plan;
a. Understand the local/regional markets - players, trends, technologies, standards, regulations and economics.
b. Understand completive landscape and the win strategies.
c. Define and develop market segmentation
• Partnering with sales to achieve revenue and profit growth goals.
• Regular, accurate and rigorous reporting on the existing mobility business, delivering insights and actions to drive incremental sales and profits.
• Lead VOC and NPI projects for local needs
• Knowledgeable in delivering competitive analysis and industrial solutions
• Market intelligence/research to provide information through macro-economic, industry tear down and product level.

Qualifications :
• Have deep knowledge relate to automation for building, BAS, Fire & Gas system.
• Educational /Training: University graduates preferably in electrical engineering or related field.
• Working: Strategic thinking; Relevant product management experience preferable. Past experience in Sales, Engineering will be considered.
• Language: Fluent English

3. Position : Sr. APC Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
• APC design, plant test and commissioning
• Implement and deliver APC project successfully
• Opportunity definition of process control applications
• Implementation of new process control applications functions
• Site support of process control applications
• Miscellaneous support tasks functions

Qualifications – External
• Refining, petrochemical, chemical process experience with Olefin optimization
• Strong interface background for various DCS systems (Honeywell TPS, EPKS, Yokogawa, etc)
• UniSim Design, Profit Bridge and Optimization skills
• Good understanding of the refining, petrochemical and chemical process and optimization objectives
• Competence in Profit Controller and Profit Optimizer preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Effective communication skills for decision making
• Ability to operate independently
• Ability to write and troubleshoot Control Language including custom toolkit development of contoller

Professional Skills:
• Experience with programming languages and concepts such as C#/C++

Behavioural Competencies:
• High level of attention to establishing and implementing processes
• Good communication skills with staff and customers
• Quick analysis/decision making skills, capable of working under pressure situations
• A team player
• Strong customer service orientation

4. Position : Lead Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
• Take overall charge of technical aspects of assigned project
• Lead the engineer(s) to fulfill all project tasks as per scheduled
• Make progressive report of tasks status to the project manager, and provide early warnings of problems and concerns on implementing critical milestone tasks
• Supports the project manager in ensuring all project related documentation are produced and issued
• Prepare detailed engineering design diagrams, calculations, procedures, etc. to the assigned task
• Analyze project specifications and provide detailed material requisitions for products
• Maintain and improve job costs profitability
• Assign manpower activities and guide them to achieve their assignments in accurate and efficient manners
• Perform and monitor design reviews
• Participates in procurement activities and selection of vendors and third party components
• Ensures system internal and integration test are properly executed and documented
• Works with project manager and team to prepare and conduct system acceptance testing by customer
• Understands and complies with quality standard in place
• Plan activities to meet the set financial and non-financial job objectives
• Supervise and train the assigned engineers in the preparation, coding, testing and control of engineering work
• Provide technical leadership and coach assigned engineers to perform their job duties efficiently
• Promote customer delights
• Perform Survey to Internal Customer and take improvement actions
• Practice safe working habits and adherence to safety regulations
• Understands and complies with company policies, procedures and instructions
• Demonstrate good judgment in the use of expense account and other expenditure of company funds

Qualifications :
• University Degree in engineering
• Minimum 8 years experience in industrial automation projects engineering and design work
• Strong technical knowledge relevant to the business and services.
• Knowledge of company's product in engineering and implementation
• Good understanding of products application in order of judge on technical matters
• PC literacy and knowledge of common PC application software
• Ability to work in a team environment under minimum supervision
• Ability to adapt to pressure of project work
• Willing to travel for long period of time
• Ability to lead a team and becoming role-model for the organization
• Good in both spoken and written English

5. Position : Engineering Leader
Job Description :
The Engineering Group lead function has priority above the engineering function in the project.  Lead the project engineering function at Country level to ensure HPS delivers best in class solutions to meet customer expectations whilst achieving safety, quality, schedule and financial goals:
• Lead the technical execution, functional and engineering management disciplines necessary to enhance the competitive position of HPS to meet growth objectives.
• Manage the engineering workforce within the Region to increase back office content and provide input to the Pole to assist balancing location and skill set of resources.
• Manage to key targeted metrics eg recovery, utilization, average engineering cost.
• Ensure delivery excellence through standardizing best practice.
• Manage COEs based on engineering office with critical mass & knowledge.
• Develop and retain engineering talent

Education
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering in a relevant discipline (essential)
• Professional certification like TUV FS certification, CFSE, professional engineer certification are desirable

Experience
• Minimum 10 years experience in Oil and Gas (onshore and offshore) industry and proven track record in handling industrial automation projects engineering as technical lead
• Familiarity with working across engineering disciplines in an EPC environment to design and specify ICSS packages and their interfaces
• Minimum 5 years working with EPCs in Front End Engineering phase of projects

Skills
• Working knowledge of multi-disciplined EPC environments
• Detailed knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry standards and best practices
• Strong knowledge of the Instrumentation and Control discipline and touch points with other engineering disciplines
• Experience with engineering lifecycle challenges and the ability to bring lessons learned to the design process to aid constructability, operability and maintainability
• Experience in specifying and high level design of DCS and SIS systems and related packages (instrumentation, F&G)
• Able to produce typical DCS and SIS FEED and Design deliverables such as BoD and Design Philosophy documents and DCS/SIS specifications
• Detailed knowledge of the architectures of DCS and SIS.
• Detailed knowledge of the project lifecycle for DCS (key deliverables, dependencies, interfaces, methodolgies).
• Working knowledge of IEC61508/61511 (FSEng desirable)
• Working knowledge field instrumentation and measurement
• Working knowledge of alarm design philosphies
• Working knowledge of asset management solutions
• Working knowledge of field instrumentation, FFB, Hart etc...
• Detailed knowledge of methodologies for automation of drawings, software (controller and HMI) configuration and testing as well as instrument databases
• Possess managerial skill, leadership and ability to perform consistently in all areas of the job assigned
• Understand the principles of projects risk management and sound judgement of technical and commercial matters
