Position :
1. Sr. Internal Auditor
• Minimum around 10 years work experience.
• Has experiences in 4 big firm and experience in Coal Mining Company Audit is preferable
2. Department Head Sales Compliance Coordination
Job Description :
• Responsible for government coordination to get the approval of sales contract, work plan and budget, blending permit from ESDM and be a contract point of ESDM for all matters related to marketing, sales and logistic issues to ensure the smooth operation of coal sales and delivery pursuant to coal sales agreement.
• Monitor on new government regulation i.e. DMO, Coal Price Reference, Mining Law and Joint Sales Agreement compliance.
• Maintain good relationship with the existing customer and prospecting new customer.
• Ensure blending permit meet blending plan
• Ensure the implementation of various management tools employed by company within department.
• Support relationship management with Marketing Service Agreement
Qualification :
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in technical or economic with excellent written and verbal English skills
• Has min. 5 years' experience in marketing and related position
• Excellent English proficiency to foreign level
• Knowledge of coal market and coal operation regulation preferred (the job including dealing with ESDM for some issues : government royalty, domestic market obligation)
• Knowledge of Coal products, Logistic system, personnel strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong presentation and interpersonal, strong logical mathematics. with ability to interact at senior level, at ease with western etiquette
3. Department Head Sales Support North Asia and Europe
Job Description :
• Ensure the achievement of yearly sales target for Japan, Europe and NZ, and Korea/ Taiwan market
• Maintain good relationship with the existing customer and prospecting new customer by monitoring, reviewing, analyzing and developing sales and marketing implementation strategy which covers market research
• Sales Negotiation: Ensure the achievement of mutual agreement between company and customer. Primary support for Japan and Europe markets.
• Sales Administration: Ensure sales administration is conducted according to procedure in timely manner Sales Negotiation: Ensure the achievement of mutual agreement between company and customer. Primary support for Japan and Europe markets.
• Support relationship management with Marketing Service Agreement
Qualification :
• University graduate with excellent written and verbal English skills
• Has min. 3 years' experience in related position
• Excellent English proficiency to foreign level
• Knowledge of coal market preferred
• Knowledge of Coal products, Logistic system, personnel strongly preferred
